Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible through our customer service portal with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our returns process once you receive the package.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries within the GCC region, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. If you are located outside of these countries, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We also ship to the UK, EU and USA via our other store: welzo.com

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
    Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

If you need to return a product, please contact us via our customer service portal to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back to us. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that for medical and health reasons we do not accept returns on healthcare/medicinal products.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
